The work we do — capturing spaces, modelling unreleased products, and building XR for real audiences — carries data that demands genuine care. We protect our clients’ assets, environments, and users with the same precision we bring to the experiences themselves.

Protecting Your Creative IP
The 3D assets we build are often a client’s most sensitive intellectual property — unreleased products, architectural designs, and pre-launch visualisations. We treat every model, scene, and source file as confidential. Project assets are stored in access-controlled environments, version-managed in secure repositories, and never shared or exposed outside the people who need them.

Spatial & Scan Data
When we capture real environments through LiDAR and 3D scanning, we are handling data about real, often private, physical spaces. This data is collected only with permission, used solely for the agreed project, stored securely, and never repurposed. Clients retain ownership of their spaces and the data that represents them.

Try-On & Camera Data
Our virtual try-on experiences are designed with privacy first. Wherever possible, camera and measurement processing happens on the user’s own device, and we minimise what is captured, transmitted, or stored. We build try-on to delight users without quietly harvesting their image or biometric-adjacent data.

Layered Security
We protect our work in depth. Traffic is filtered at the edge before it reaches any server; access is restricted at the network layer; our servers are hardened at the operating-system level; and every device and endpoint is protected. No single point of failure exposes a client’s experience or assets.

Edge Protection
Every experience we host sits behind an enterprise web application firewall with bot mitigation, AI-scraper blocking, rate limiting, and DDoS protection. Automated and malicious traffic is stopped before it reaches the origin, keeping immersive experiences fast, available, and protected.

Data Protection & Privacy
We handle client and user data with discretion. Connections are encrypted end to end, sensitive data is never exposed in transit or in logs, and we follow privacy-respecting defaults aligned with GDPR and regional data-protection expectations. We collect only what an experience genuinely needs.

Secure Infrastructure
Each major client is hosted in an isolated environment, so one project is never entangled with another. We own and control our infrastructure rather than scattering client assets across opaque third-party systems, giving cleaner security boundaries and a straightforward handover whenever a client wishes.

Hardened Servers & Asset Pipelines
Our servers and asset pipelines follow strict hardening standards — key-based access with multi-factor authentication, automated patching, intrusion prevention, and continuous malware monitoring. The systems that move heavy 3D and render data are as disciplined as the experiences they serve. Administrative access is tightly restricted and never publicly exposed.

Endpoint Protection
Every workstation, render machine, and production server across our studio runs managed endpoint protection, defending against malware, ransomware, and emerging threats. The machines that build your experience are protected with the same rigour as the experience itself.

Protected Credentials
All credentials, keys, and certificates are managed in an encrypted, access-controlled vault, isolated per client. No passwords live in spreadsheets, inboxes, or shared documents.

Resilient Backups
Project assets and platforms are backed up off-site on a regular schedule, with recovery tested so that restoration is reliable, not hopeful. Irreplaceable creative work is protected against loss.

Signed & Verified Builds
For our applications and immersive builds — VR, desktop, and beyond — we digitally sign our software, so clients and their users can trust that what they install is genuinely ours and has not been tampered with.

Responsible AI & Integrations
When we apply AI or connect to third-party systems, we do so through controlled, well-documented gateways — purposefully and without exposing client data carelessly. Our AI use is efficient and deliberate, in keeping with our wider commitment to responsible practice.
